Four Seasons Lisbon is seeking a motivated Reservations Agent to manage hotel bookings and provide information to guests via phone, email, chat, or hotel tools. The role requires handling general inquiries, wake-up calls, and reservation coordination with a focus on guest satisfaction.

The candidate should be fluent in Portuguese and English, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and be able to multitask across channels including phone, email, and chat.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Portuguese and English.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel systems such as Opera/Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Answer general inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other tools.
• Assist guests with reservations and routing to internal extensions.
• Process wake-up calls and guest requests.
• Maintain and update guest information in the system.
• Collaborate with Sales and Front Desk as needed.
• Deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
