Job summary

Taleo Consulting Group in Portugal is seeking a dynamic Business Manager to grow a portfolio across banking, insurance and capital markets. You will identify opportunities, build partnerships with CIOs, HR Directors and business heads, and drive profitability from day one.

You will lead a team of consultants, oversee sourcing and development, and actively contribute to Taleo’s growth in Portugal in close collaboration with the group’s offices.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in business management, business development or account management in consulting/IT services or staffing.
• Exposure to finance, banking or insurance is a competitive advantage.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a portfolio of key accounts in Portugal across banking, insurance and capital markets.
• Identify new business opportunities and build long-term partnerships with decision-makers.
• Act as the entrepreneur of your scope: client relationships, mission follow-up and profitability.
• Build and lead your own team of consultants, overseeing sourcing and development.
• Contribute to Taleo’s commercial strategy and growth in Portugal, coordinating with other offices.
