Thales Paço de Arcos is seeking a Business Controller to join the Finance team. You will support management in strategic decision-making through financial planning, performance analysis and business control, working with cross-functional teams to monitor KPIs and deliver strategic objectives.

The role emphasizes robust financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting, with advanced Excel, Power BI and Oracle as key tools.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Controlling, Audit or a similar finance-related role.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI and Oracle is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Proactive, collaborative and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
