Your Role: As a Backend Developer, you\'ll be an integral part of our top-tier team, working on cutting-edge projects that push the boundaries of technology. What will you do:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and propose effective technical solutions;
Develop and evolve web applications using Java, Go, Python and other languages/frameworks;
Design and optimize SQL procedures to ensure efficient data handling;
Integrate applications with enterprise systems following industry best practices;
Create and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality deliveries;
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and contribute to continuous improvement;
Perform code reviews, drive refactoring efforts, and support performance optimization;
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support delivery across multiple environments.

Skills We're Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software development;
Solid backend expertise with Java, Python, Go or any other language or framework;
Knows how to use and integrate AI tools for everyday work (coding, research, etc...);
Solid foundation on API design;
Experience with agile development and cloud-based delivery pipelines;
Experience with microservices architecture;
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices; At ease with command line usage;
More than being a developer, being an engineer and being able to bring solutions to the table and defend them;
Knowledge of ORM solutions (ex: Hibernate), build tools (Gradle/Maven), and software design patterns;
Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant technical field;
Proficiency in Portuguese and English. Other languages spoken are a plus.

Experience:

3+ years of experience in the IT/Technology industry, with a focus on Backend.
