Job summary

Match Profiler is seeking a Backend Developer to join our remote team. You will work across cloud platforms and modern stacks, contributing to scalable services, API design, and reliable deployments.

Requirements include 4+ years in backend development with C#/.NET, Java, or Go; experience with AWS/Azure, Docker and Kubernetes; knowledge of Aurora, DynamoDB and Redis; on-call rotation; and familiarity with AI coding assistants.

Qualifications

• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (Aurora, DynamoDB, Redis).
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, software engineering, and automated testing.
• Availability for a 24x7 on-call rotation.
• Hands-on experience with AI Coding Assistants (Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar).
• Good communication, team spirit, proactivity, and time management.

• +4 years of experience in software/backend development;
• Experience with C#/.NET, Java, and Go;
• Knowledge of AWS/Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes;
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, namely Aurora, DynamoDB, and Redis;
• Good knowledge of software architecture, software engineering, and automated testing;
• Availability to participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation;
• Hands-on experience with AI Coding Assistants (Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar), including prompt engineering and the use of AI in development, testing, and debugging.
