Inoweiser is looking for a Back-end Developer in Lisbon to help tackle complex challenges through innovative solutions. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience, along with expertise in Camunda or similar BPM technologies.

The role involves developing and maintaining Back-end services, implementing business logic, and collaborating with teams to ensure quality and performance. A hybrid work model is offered, allowing 2 days per week in the office.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Back-end Developer.
• Experience with Camunda or equivalent BPM technologies.
• Previous experience in Banking projects is valued.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Back-end services and components integrated with BPM processes (Camunda or equivalent technologies);
• Implement business logic, workflows, and integrations with internal and external systems;
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and integration services;
• Integrate with databases and core systems;
• Collaborate with Front-end teams, functional analysts, and solution architects;
• Ensure quality, performance, security, and scalability of developed solutions;
• Actively participate in code reviews, development best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives;
• Contribute to digital transformation projects, mainly within the Banking sector.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Back-end Developer;
• Experience with Camunda or equivalent BPM technologies;
• Strong knowledge of Java and/or .NET;
• Good understanding of service-oriented architectures and system integrations;
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases;
• Previous experience in Banking projects is valued;
• Team player with autonomy and result-oriented mindset;
• Strong communication skills with both technical and functional teams;
• Good level of spoken and written English.
