team.it is seeking a backend software engineer to join our Lisbon/Porto team. You will work on Java applications using Spring Boot, building robust REST APIs, and integrating with relational databases. Collaboration with frontend and other squads is essential in an Agile environment.

We value a practical mindset, continuous learning, and a balanced work-life approach. English fluency is required to communicate with global teams and stakeholders in a diverse, inclusive company.

Qualificações

• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, and backend development.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and relational databases.
• Experience with Git and software development best practices.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum environments.
• AWS knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
