Mandatory Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience working with Camunda.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Camunda 8 (Zeebe) or equivalent expertise with Camunda 7.
• Proven experience designing enterprise process orchestration solutions.
• Advanced Java development skills.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot.
• Extensive knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and DMN in production environments.
• Experience designing integrations using REST APIs, messaging platforms, and event‑driven architectures.
• Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ability to make architectural decisions and clearly communicate technical trade‑offs to technical and business stakeholders.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.

Nice to Have

• Camunda Certification.
• Experience with Camunda 8 Self‑Managed environments.
• High Availability (HA) architecture experience.
• Previous experience as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect.
• CI/CD pipeline implementation and process deployment automation.
• Experience within regulated industries such as Banking, Insurance, or Telecommunications.
• Knowledge of Microservices Architecture and Domain‑Driven Design (DDD).
