CBTalents.org in Lisbon seeks a detail-oriented Back-Office Customer Support Agent fluent in Dutch and English to join an international support team and handle back-office workflows for digital and connected services.

You will manage customer cases, investigate inquiries, and deliver high-quality support while coordinating across teams and maintaining precise documentation. Shifts run between 07:00 and 22:00 Lisbon time.

About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and communicative Back-Office Customer Support Agent fluent in Dutch and English to join an international customer support operations team in Lisbon.

In this position, you will be responsible for handling back-office workflows, managing customer cases, and delivering high-quality support for digital and connected service inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily back-office customer support tasks and end-to-end case management.
• Process, investigate, and resolve user requests and inquiries regarding digital/connected services.
• Coordinate cross-functional updates to ensure tickets and customer files are resolved accurately and within SLA targets.
• Maintain clear, professional communication and detailed documentation in internal systems.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Languages: Native or fluent proficiency in Dutch (C1/C2) and strong working proficiency in English (B2+).
• Location: Must already reside in or near Lisbon, Portugal and be legally authorized to work locally.
• Flexibility: Available to work rotational shifts scheduled between 07:00 and 22:00 (Lisbon time).
• Skills: Strong organizational habits, solid problem-solving abilities, and comfortable working with digital ticketing/CRM tools.

• Base Salary: €1,400.00 gross per month.
