Amaris Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology in the retail/consumer goods sector. You will document requirements, analyze processes, and collaborate with IT and business teams to design effective retail solutions.

Join our Information System & Digital scope to help align business needs with ERP/CRM systems, supporting project goals and continuous improvement, while working with a global team and diverse stakeholders.

Qualificações

• 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in retail/consumer goods.
• Experience with requirements analysis, documentation, stakeholder management and continuous improvement.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, especially Commerce POS and Finance & Operations.
• Strong understanding of POS and ERP systems integration in retail environments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Join Amaris Consulting as a Business Analyst and contribute to projects within the retail and consumer goods environment. As part of our Information System & Digital scope, you will support the alignment between business needs and technological solutions, helping teams improve processes, document requirements, and design effective solutions for complex retail systems.

Your missions

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from key stakeholders.
• Assess existing business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities.
• Create clear documentation covering business processes, requirements, functional specifications, and proposed solutions.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements for technical and functional teams.
• Contribute to the design and evaluation of solutions, including feasibility, benefits, and risks.
• Support project scope definition, objectives, success criteria, and delivery follow-up.
• Facilitate communication between business teams and IT teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor industry best practices and emerging technologies to strengthen business analysis practices.

Your profile

• 5 to 7years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Expert, or in a similar role, ideally within retail or consumer goods environments.
• Experience with requirements analysis, business requirement documentation, evaluation design, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, especially Commerce POS and Finance & Operations modules, is a plus.
• Strong understanding of POS and ERP systems and their integration into physical retail environments.
• Familiarity with POS hardware and software ecosystems, including Microsoft Dynamics Commerce, and integration with ERP, e-commerce, and marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with retail operations and compliance challenges in global contexts.
• Background in Finance or Supply Chain systems, especially regarding their connection to retail processes, is a plus.
• Knowledge of project management principles and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders in complex environments.
