Amaris Consulting, part of Mantu, is seeking a Business Analyst to support Finance and IT projects in Portugal. You will gather and document requirements, translate needs into user stories and specs, and maintain clear functional documentation.

Candidates should have 5+ years BA experience in finance, fluent English, and strong Jira/Confluence skills, with agile delivery experience. This is a permanent contract with full-remote work from Portugal.

Formación

• Degree in Business, Economics, Information Technology or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Mandatory experience in Finance-related environments or Finance projects.
• Fluent English.
• Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in Agile environments advantageous.

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and detailed specifications.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, ensuring clarity, consistency and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify process improvements and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
• Use Jira and Confluence to manage requirements, track project progress and maintain project documentation.
• Participate in workshops, meetings and discussions with stakeholders to clarify requirements and validate proposed solutions.
• Support the implementation of business solutions, ensuring that delivered functionalities meet the defined requirements.
• Degree in Business, Economics, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar functional role.
• Mandatory experience in Finance-related environments or Finance projects.
• Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence, with experience in requirements gathering and functional documentation.
• Fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
• Previous experience in financial services, banking or other finance-related transformation projects would be a plus.
• Experience working in Agile environments would be an advantage.

• Permanent contract: gross annual salary ranging from €30,000 to €43,000, depending on experience and skills.
• Freelance collaboration: daily rate ranging from €200 to €260, depending on experience and expertise.
• Applicable CCNL for permanent positions: Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio).
• The salary range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
• During the recruitment process, we will not ask for information about your current or previous salary.
