Amaris Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT integration projects from Portugal on a full-remote basis. You will align multiple workstreams, vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of complex ERP/OMS/WMS integrations.

The role requires 7–10 years in project management, strong IT discipline background, and PMP/Prince2/SCRUM or Agile certification is a plus. English fluency and cross-cultural collaboration are essential for success in our

Job Description:

Join our team and start a new adventure in an international and dynamic environment where you will be able to fulfil your career expectations in a fast-growing organization. As a Project Manager (full-remote from Portugal) at Amaris Consulting, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex IT integration projects, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

Your Missions:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT integration projects involving ERP, OMS, WMS, and other enterprise platforms
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams and systems
• Coordinate and align multiple vendors, system integrators, and technology partners, ensuring clear accountability and delivery standards
• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external vendors
• Drive integration strategy, planning, and execution, including data, interfaces, middleware, and downstream system dependencies
• Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and executive updates with clear, concise reporting
• Proactively identify risks, integration challenges, and cross-system impacts; define and implement mitigation plans

Your Profile:

• Experience in project management (7 to 10 years), with a strong background in IT solution disciplines, finance, and budgeting
• Proficiency in project management frameworks and methodologies (Project Management Institute, Project Portfolio Management, Agile Methodology)
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, systems analysis, or related field
• Experience with content management systems
• Knowledge of global Retail & Commerce services
• Experience in preparation of Request For Proposal (RFP)
• Expertise in managing global projects and working with key stakeholders
• Experience with multiple diverse technologies and managing diverse IT projects
• Certification in project management (e.g. PMP, Prince2, SCRUM, Agile) is a plus
• English fluent. Additional languages are a plus.
• You demonstrate excellent communication skills with different stakeholders, nationalities, and mediums (face-to-face and remote)
• You demonstrate above-average organization and prioritization skills
• Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams
