Qualificações

• 2+ years leading teams or solid supervisor experience and readiness to step up
• Sales background in advertising, media, agency or digital marketing
• English at C1 level or higher
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a group of Operations Supervisors overseeing up to 60 sales professionals
• Coach, mentor and develop supervisors to grow into the role
• Monitor KPIs, set ambitious targets and drive continuous improvement
• Resolve escalated customer issues quickly and to a high standard
