Amadeus is seeking a Product Management Specialist to lead product strategy, vision, and value delivery in a fast-paced, international setting. You will collaborate across teams, manage partnerships, and drive innovation with customers while aligning roadmaps with business goals.

The ideal candidate has strong Product Management experience, aviation familiarity, and the ability to communicate complex information with autonomy across diverse teams.

• Background in aviation is a strong plus.
• Strong Product Management experience.
• Proficient in technical knowledge to ensure team performs at a high level.
• Able to communicate complex information.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy, vision & business value with stakeholders.
• Analyze competitor offerings and define product positioning.
• Manage 3rd party partnerships: requirement definition, prioritization and coordination.
• Embark teams on product vision and share knowledge across the organization.
• Drive co-innovation with customers to validate value drivers and prioritize features.
• Define and manage product roadmap; align timelines with stakeholders and release plans.
• Coordinate streams with R&D to ensure end-to-end solution consistency.
• Manage budget and capacity planning for the area.
