Job summary

Amadeus is seeking a Product Management Specialist to join our team in Lisbon area, driving value propositions, product concepts, and roadmaps for airport and airline solutions. You’ll operate with autonomy in a fast-paced, international environment.

Collaborate across Product Marketing Management, Operations, and R&D to prioritize features, coordinate with partners, and ensure end-to-end solution readiness while leveraging Agile practices. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• A strong background in aviation is advantageous.
• Extensive Product Management experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong strategic thinking and communication.
• Ability to work autonomously in international teams.

Responsibilities

• Articulate and develop value propositions and messages for new product concepts or upgrades.
• Define product strategy, vision, and business value with stakeholders.
• Analyze competitors and position the product strategically with PMM.
• Coordinate 3rd party partnerships: requirements and prioritization.
• Lead product knowledge sharing across Amadeus teams.
• Drive co-innovation with customers to validate value drivers and define features.
• Define and manage the product roadmap with release plans.
• Coordinate streams with R&D to ensure end-to-end solution consistency.
• Manage budget and capacity planning for the area.
• Participate in Agile events when applicable; may fulfill Product Owner role.
• Ensure released solutions meet user needs and readiness standards.
