Job summary

Airbus is seeking a Purchasing Specialist to manage procurement activities across France, Germany, Spain, the UK and Portugal. You will handle PRs, PO creation and updates, and direct sourcing while supporting internal stakeholders and suppliers using SAP and Coupa.

Ideal candidates have procurement or supply chain exposure, are customer focused, and eager to learn new tools in a dynamic, multicultural environment. German language is a plus; hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain and/or Procurement is a plus.
• Be customer focused, understand priorities in emergencies.
• Eager to learn to work with new tools and be open to change and continuous improvement.
• German would be a plus.
• Enjoy a dynamic and multicultural environment with a variety of tools and products.

Responsibilities

• Review of Purchase Requests (PRs)
• Purchase Order (PO) creation / update and follow up of POs
• Operational Sourcing
• Service Desk activities (support to internal stakeholders)
• Maintenance of info records (catalogues)
• Communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders (internal customers, buyers)
• Use of Airbus ERP Systems (SAP)
• Use of other tools (Coupa)
