Job summary

Airbus is seeking a Purchasing Specialist to manage procurement activities across France, Germany, Spain, the UK and Portugal. You will handle PRs, PO creation and updates, and direct sourcing while supporting internal stakeholders and suppliers using SAP and Coupa.

Ideal candidates have procurement or supply chain exposure, are customer focused, and eager to learn new tools in a dynamic, multicultural environment. German language is a plus; hybrid work model offered.

Our client is a reference in aeronautical sector and is recruiting a Purchasing Specialist for his department of procurement.

Responsibilities Our candidate is the Procurement Purchasing Specialist manages ordering activities for Procurement Commodities within France, Germany, Spain, the UK and Portugal. This also includes operational sourcing activities following the Procurement processes and strategies.

Review of Purchase Requests (PRs)

Purchase Order (PO) creation / update and follow up of POs

Operational Sourcing

Service Desk activities (provide support to internal stakeholders)

Maintenance of info records (e.G. catalogues)

Communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders (internal customers, buyers)

Use of Airbus ERP Systems (SAP)

Use of other specific tools (Coupa)

Requirements
