InnoTech is seeking a Broadcast & Audiovisual Technician to maintain and support broadcast equipment across our facilities. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring reliable AV systems for daily operations and events.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of AV equipment and accessories.
• Provide technical audiovisual support for events at multiple facilities.
• Monitor equipment performance and proactively resolve issues in daily operations.
• Ensure smooth operation of audiovisual systems for Information and Production teams.

Your Mission Will Be

• Ensure the preventive and corrective maintenance of Broadcast and audiovisual equipment, including the respective accessories and supporting systems;
• Provide technical audiovisual support for events held across different facilities and venues;
• Monitor the operation and performance of equipment supporting daily Broadcast operations, proactively identifying and resolving technical issues;
• Provide technical support to Information and Production teams, ensuring the smooth operation of audiovisual systems;
• Operate mobile production units and ensure their proper functioning across different locations.

You Will Need

• Previous experience in Broadcast, audiovisual equipment, or a similar technical environment;
• Hands-on experience with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support;
• Ability to work in shifts and manage unexpected technical situations effectively;
• Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• Experience supporting live events or Broadcast productions;
• Familiarity with professional audiovisual and Broadcast equipment and related accessories;
• A proactive and hands-on approach, with the ability to anticipate and resolve technical issues;
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, combined with a structured and methodical approach to work;
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
