MoOngy is seeking a Solution Architect - Atlassian / Jira Admin to join our hybrid Portugal team. You will architect and administer Jira Cloud environments, define workflows, permissions and governance, and drive integration projects across the Atlassian stack.

The role emphasizes security, scalability, and documentation, with 2/3 days in the office and eligibility to work in Portugal. You will collaborate with international teams to deliver reliable, compliant Jira solutions and support

Qualificações

• Proven experience administering Jira Cloud environments and designing workflows.
• Strong governance and security practices for access management and permissions.
• Ability to document configurations and integration patterns for auditability.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and architect Jira Cloud environments, defining workflows, permissions, configurations and governance standards.
• Support and advise on Jira migration projects, data migration, tool integration and Atlassian best practices.
• Design scalable Jira solutions, ensure security governance, facilitate workshops and produce technical documentation.

Solution Architect - Atlassian / Jira Admin

Work Model:

hybrid - 2/3 days a week in the office

Eligibility:

Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there

• Jira Workflows, Issue Types, Screens, Custom Fields, Roles & Permissions;
• Governance, security, access management, configuration management;
• Tool integration, solution architecture, technical and functional documentation.

Nice to have:

• Proof of Concept (PoC), workshop facilitation, user adoption, reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and architect Jira Cloud environments, define workflows, permissions, configurations and governance standards;
