KLx, the Lisbon-based arm of Crédit Agricole S.A., seeks a Senior Atlassian Architect to lead Jira Cloud design, governance, and security across our enterprise deployments. You will work with global teams to define architecture, create reusable configuration templates, and enforce data segmentation and access controls.

• Data Segmentation — Support the centralization of Jira spaces while ensuring strict data segregation.
• Configuration Models — Design reusable configuration templates: issue types, workflows, screens, fields, roles, permissions, notifications.
• Cross‑Team Consistency — Maintain coherence across clusters, streams, and user groups.
• Risk Identification — Detect organizational risks: duplicated configurations, uncontrolled workflows, excessive rights, complexity.
• Project Support — Translate project needs into robust Jira solutions and challenge requests to preserve simplicity.
• Security Best Practices — Guide teams on access management, permissions, visibility, account governance.
• Documentation — Contribute to architecture deliverables, governance frameworks, and user/admin documentation.
• Advisory Role — Act as a trusted advisor on Atlassian Cloud best practices.

About Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Atlassian Architect to lead the design, structuring, and security of our Jira Cloud architecture as part of a large-scale deployment across CAGIP's technology clusters.

You will define governance standards, ensure data protection, and guide teams toward a scalable, maintainable, and coherent Atlassian ecosystem.

This role is ideal for someone who combines deep Jira Cloud expertise, architectural vision, and the ability to challenge and simplify complex requests.

• Architecture & integration — Ability to structure scalable configurations and integrate Atlassian tools within enterprise environments.
• Permissions & security governance — Strong command of access models, data segmentation, and security best practices.
• Data migration — Proven experience consolidating or migrating Jira instances and third-party tools.
• Project & PoC delivery — Ability to lead experiments and validate solution feasibility.
• Workshops & onboarding — Skilled in facilitating training sessions and supporting user adoption.
• Clear communication — Strong reporting, alerting, and cross‑team collaboration.

About you

• Expert in Jira & Atlassian Cloud with a strong track record designing and governing complex Jira architectures.
• Solid background in tool architecture & integration within enterprise environments.
• Strong command of permissions, access models, and security ensuring robust data segmentation and compliance.
• Experience leading Jira migrations across instances or from third-party tools.
• Ability to drive PoCs and project delivery in collaboration with technical and functional stakeholders.
• Comfortable facilitating workshops and onboarding to support adoption and promote best practices.
• Clear communicator with strong reporting, alerting, and cross‑team collaboration skills.
• Structured and proactive, able to challenge complexity and maintain coherence across teams.
• Fluent in French (B2/C1) and English (B1).
