O candidato ideal tem experiência em planeamento de prevenção, avaliação de riscos e implementação de planos de proteção, com forte orientação para conformidade legal e melhoria contínua.

Responsabilidades

• Planejar a prevenção a todos os níveis e atividades da empresa, avaliando riscos e medidas de prevenção.
• Realizar a avaliação de riscos e preparar os relatórios correspondentes.
• Desenvolver o plano de prevenção laboral e planos de proteção conforme a legislação.
• Participar na elaboração do plano interno de emergência, incluindo incêndio, evacuação e primeiros socorros.
• Colaborar no desenho dos locais, métodos e organização de trabalho, bem como na escolha e manutenção de equipamento de trabalho.
• Supervisionar o fornecimento, validade e conservação de EPI e a instalação e manutenção de sinalização de segurança.
• Conduzir exames de vigilância da saúde e manter registos clínicos atualizados.
• Desenvolver atividades de promoção da saúde ocupacional.
• Coordenar medidas em caso de perigo grave e imminente.
• Monitorizar condições de trabalho de trabalhadores em situações mais vulneráveis.
• Desenvolver o programa de informação e formação para promoção de segurança e saúde.

Job Title

Associate, Workplace H&S_ PT C2 + EN C1_WFO_Lisbon Job Description To ensure the tasks on Workplace Health and Safety, supporting audits, internal controls, maintenance check-ups, safety records, organization of Fire Drills, etc... To ensure the tasks on Workplace Health and Safety namely: Plan the prevention at all levels and for all the company's activities, the assessment of risks and the respective prevention measures;

Responsibilities

• Plan the prevention at all levels and for all the company's activities, the assessment of risks and the respective prevention measures;
• Carry out the risk assessment, preparing the respective reports;
• Develop the professional risk prevention plan, as well as detailed prevention and protection plans required by specific legislation;
• Participate in the preparation of the internal emergency plan, including specific plans for firefighting, evacuation of facilities and first aid;
• Collaborate in the design of places, methods and organization of work, as well as in the choice and maintenance of work equipment;
• Supervise the supply, validity and conservation of personal protective equipment, as well as the installation and maintenance of safety signs;
• Carry out health surveillance examinations, preparing reports and forms, as well as organizing and keeping up to date clinical records and other information relating to the worker;
• Develop health promotion activities;
• Coordinate the measures to be taken in case of serious and imminent danger;
• Monitor the working conditions of employees in more vulnerable situations;
• Design and develop the information program for the promotion of safety and health at work, promoting the integration of prevention measures in the company's information and communication systems;
• Design and develop the training program for the promotion of safety and health at work;
• Ensure or monitor the implementation of prevention measures, promoting their efficiency and operability;
• Coordinate or monitor internal audits and inspections;
• Collect and organize statistical elements relating to safety and health at work.

Candidate's Profile

Ability to organize, plan and manage priorities Dynamic and with a spirit of initiative Good interpersonal relationship Open and global mindset Domain of information technology from the user's perspective - MS Office; Superior qualification Minimum of 5 years of experience in identical functions in the field Team spirit Driver's license CAP of trainer Updated SHT Technician CAP (Level VI CNQ)-Mandatory Availability within 30 days Experience in the provisioning of external services in Occupational Health and Safety
