A Concentrix procura um Técnico Superior de Segurança no Trabalho para assegurar a gestão de saúde e segurança no local de Lisboa, com foco na prevenção, auditorias e melhoria contínua.

O candidato ideal tem título profissional específico (Nível VI), experiência em serviços externos e disponibilidade para iniciar rapidamente, com proficiência em PT C2 e EN C1.

Qualificações

• Técnico Superior de Segurança no Trabalho (Nível VI) – obrigatório.
• Experiência na prestação de serviços externos em Segurança no Trabalho.
• Disponibilidade de início de trabalho em até 30 dias.
• Domínio de PT C2 + EN C1.

Responsabilidades

• Planejar a prevenção em todos os níveis e para todas as atividades da empresa.
• Realizar a avaliação de riscos e preparar relatórios.
• Desenvolver o plano de prevenção e de proteção exigido pela legislação.
• Participar na preparação do plano interno de emergência.
• Colaborar no design de locais, métodos e organização de trabalho.
• Supervisar equipamentos de proteção individual e sinalização de segurança.
• Conduzir exames de vigilância da saúde e manter registos clínicos.
• Desenhar programas de promoção de saúde e de informação de segurança.
• Coordenar medidas em caso de perigo iminente.
• Monitorizar condições de trabalho de trabalhadores em situação de vulnerabilidade.
• Desenvolver programas de formação em segurança e saúde no trabalho.
• Assegurar ou monitorizar a implementação de medidas de prevenção.
• Coordenar auditorias internas e inspeções.
• Coletar e organizar dados estatísticos de segurança e saúde.

Job Description

To ensure the tasks on Workplace Health and Safety, supporting audits, internal controls, maintenance check-ups, safety records, organization of Fire Drills, etc...

To ensure the tasks on Workplace Health and Safety namely:

• Plan the prevention at all levels and for all the company's activities, the assessment of risks and the respective prevention measures;
• Carry out the risk assessment, preparing the respective reports;
• Develop the professional risk prevention plan, as well as detailed prevention and protection plans required by specific legislation;
• Participate in the preparation of the internal emergency plan, including specific plans for firefighting, evacuation of facilities and first aid;
• Collaborate in the design of places, methods and organization of work, as well as in the choice and maintenance of work equipment;
• Supervise the supply, validity and conservation of personal protective equipment, as well as the installation and maintenance of safety signs;
• Carry out health surveillance examinations, preparing reports and forms, as well as organizing and keeping up to date clinical records and other information relating to the worker;
• Develop health promotion activities;
• Coordinate the measures to be taken in case of serious and imminent danger;
• Monitor the working conditions of employees in more vulnerable situations;
• Design and develop the information program for the promotion of safety and health at work, promoting the integration of prevention measures in the company's information and communication systems;
• Design and develop the training program for the promotion of safety and health at work;
• Ensure or monitor the implementation of prevention measures, promoting their efficiency and operability;
• Coordinate or monitor internal audits and inspections;
• Collect and organize statistical elements relating to safety and health at work.

Eligibility Criteria For Internal Candidates

• Current job tenure: at least 6 months in Concentrix
• Exemplary record: no sanctions in the last 6 months AND less than 5% unjustified absenteeism in the last 3 months: Yes
• Achievement of objectives: more than 80% of project performance objectives met during the last 3 months
• Language(s): PT C2 + EN C1
• Work arrangement: WFO
