PANDORA is seeking a Store Manager to co-lead the Boutique BOUT. UBBO with the Shop Manager, ensuring compliance with operational procedures and Pandora standards.

The role involves daily KPI monitoring, stock and order management, and leading Visual Merchandising campaigns to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will train the team, motivate staff, and drive sales while aligning with the store's strategic objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor sales figures and KPIs daily and implement action plans.
• Ensure pandora standards for product presentation, sales targets and customer service.

• Ensure correct implementation of sales activities and Visual Merchandising campaigns.
• Train the team to deliver best possible Fans experience and follow procedures.
• Keep team motivated and focused on common goals.
• Participate in stock and order management analysis.
• Lead a key business project aligned with store objectives.

Your mission will be to co-lead our Boutique BOUT. UBBO with the Shop Manager in the overall management of the point of sale. As the Store Manager's counterpart, your objective will be to ensure compliance with operational procedures and protocols, maintaining Pandora standards.

• Monitor sales figures and key performance indicators daily, ensuring the implementation of individual action plans.


• Ensure all PANDORA standards regarding product presentation, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.


• Support the organization of team schedules based on productivity objectives.


• Ensure the correct implementation of sales activities and Visual Merchandising campaigns.


• Train the team to offer the best possible experience to our Fans, as well as on operational procedures.


• Work with the team to keep them enthusiastic, committed, and focused on a common goal. Always keep them motivated!


• Participate in the management and analysis of stock and orders.


• Lead a key business project, aligned with the store's strategic objectives, as defined by your RSM.
