Pandora in Lisbon is seeking a Shop Assistant to act as a true ambassador of our values and excel in daily store operations. You will support fans with tailored recommendations, work closely with the store manager, and help maintain an inviting and orderly sales floor.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and proactive engagement with customers, with a permanent presence in a dynamic, multinational environment. A standard 25–30 hour contract is offered.

Qualificações

• Customer service mindset and ability to connect with fans.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration with store team.
• Attention to store image, merchandising, and cash handling.
• Proficiency with MS Office and common computer tools.

• Provide exclusive attention to our FANS, finding and offering the ideal piece for that special moment, ensuring PANDORA's standards throughout the entire shopping experience.
• Collaborate and cooperate with your Manager and the rest of the team in the store's daily activities.
• Maintain the store's image and product organization.
