Pandora is seeking a Store Manager to co-lead the Boutique with the Shop Manager in Portugal. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with operational procedures and Pandora standards, while driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will lead the team, implement action plans, manage stock, and oversee Visual Merchandising initiatives to meet store objectives and KPIs. A dynamic, motivating environment awaits.

• Monitor sales figures and KPIs daily, implementing action plans.
• Maintain Pandora standards for product presentation and customer service.

• Lead stock and order management and analysis.
• Lead key business projects aligned with store objectives as defined by RSM.

Your mission will be to co-lead our Boutique BOUT. UBBO with the Shop Manager in the overall management of the point of sale. As the Store Manager's counterpart, your objective will be to ensure compliance with operational procedures and protocols, maintaining Pandora standards.

• Monitor sales figures and key performance indicators daily, ensuring the implementation of individual action plans.
• Ensure all PANDORA standards regarding product presentation, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.
• Support the organization of team schedules based on productivity objectives.
• Ensure the correct implementation of sales activities and Visual Merchandising campaigns.
• Train the team to offer the best possible experience to our Fans, as well as on operational procedures.
• Work with the team to keep them enthusiastic, committed, and focused on a common goal. Always keep them motivated!
• Participate in the management and analysis of stock and orders.
• Lead a key business project, aligned with the store's strategic objectives, as defined by your RSM.
• A true ambassador of our values: WE CARE, WE DARE, WE DELIVER, WE DREAM.
• You are a benchmark for achieving KPIs and mastering store procedures.
• You propose action plans to increase sales indicators and are proactive in store tasks.
