PANDORA in Portugal seeks a Store Manager to co-lead the Boutique CS Vasco da Gama with the Shop Manager, ensuring adherence to operational procedures and Pandora standards.

You will monitor sales figures, implement action plans, and maintain product presentation and customer service excellence, while coordinating team schedules and training to inspire performance.

• Co-lead Boutique CS VASCO DA GAMA with Shop Manager to manage point of sale.
• Monitor sales figures and KPIs daily with action plans.
• Ensure Pandora standards for product presentation, targets and service.
• Organize team schedules based on productivity objectives.
• Implement sales activities and Visual Merchandising campaigns.
• Train the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

As the Store Manager's counterpart, your objective will be to ensure compliance with operational procedures and protocols, maintaining Pandora standards.

Monitor sales figures and key performance indicators daily, ensuring the implementation of individual action plans.

Ensure all PANDORA standards regarding product presentation, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.

Support the organization of team schedules based on productivity objectives.

Ensure the correct implementation of sales activities and Visual Merchandising campaigns.

Train the team to offer the best possible experience to our Fans, as well as on operational procedures.

Work with the team to keep them enthusiastic, committed, and focused on a common goal. Always keep them motivated!

Participate in the management and analysis of stock and orders.

Lead a key business project, aligned with the store's strategic objectives, as defined by your RSM.
