Pandora A/S is seeking a Store Co-Lead to partner with the Shop Manager at Boutique Santa Catarina in maintaining Pandora standards and delivering an outstanding guest experience.

You'll monitor KPIs, help manage schedules, and lead stock and merchandising initiatives while training and motivating the team to achieve goals within a dynamic retail environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in retail operations and store procedures.
• Strong customer service and sales-driven mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common IT tools.

Responsabilidades

• Co-lead Boutique Santa Catarina with the Shop Manager to ensure Pandora standards.
• Monitor sales figures and KPIs daily, implementing action plans.
• Organize team schedules and support Visual Merchandising campaigns.
• Train the team to deliver excellent customer experiences and stock management.
• Lead key projects aligned with store objectives as defined by management.

Your mission will be to co-lead our Boutique BOUTIQUE SANTA CATARINA with the Shop Manager in the overall management of the point of sale. As the Store Manager's counterpart, your objective will be to ensure compliance with operational procedures and protocols, maintaining Pandora standards.

WE WILL COUNT ON YOU TO…

• Monitor sales figures and key performance indicators daily, ensuring the implementation of individual action plans.
• Ensure all PANDORA standards regarding product presentation, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.
• Support the organization of team schedules based on productivity objectives.
• Ensure the correct implementation of sales activities and Visual Merchandising campaigns.
• Train the team to offer the best possible experience to our Fans, as well as on operational procedures.
• Work with the team to keep them enthusiastic, committed, and focused on a common goal. Always keep them motivated!
• Participate in the management and analysis of stock and orders.
• Lead a key business project, aligned with the store's strategic objectives, as defined by your RSM.
