Pandora Portugal is seeking a Store Manager to co-lead Boutique Santa Catarina, partnering with the Shop Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and uphold Pandora standards.

You will monitor sales KPIs, ensure visual merchandising quality, organize team schedules, train staff, manage stock and orders, and lead strategic projects aligned with store objectives.

Qualificações

• Experience in retail environments is required or highly desirable.
• Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with KPI tracking and sales analytics.

Your mission will be to co-lead our Boutique BOUTIQUE SANTA CATARINA with the Shop Manager in the overall management of the point of sale. As the Store Manager's counterpart, your objective will be to ensure compliance with operational procedures and protocols, maintaining Pandora standards.

• Monitor sales figures and key performance indicators daily, ensuring the implementation of individual action plans.
• Ensure all PANDORA standards regarding product presentation, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.
• Support the organization of team schedules based on productivity objectives.
• Ensure the correct implementation of sales activities and Visual Merchandising campaigns.
• Train the team to offer the best possible experience to our Fans, as well as on operational procedures.
• Work with the team to keep them enthusiastic, committed, and focused on a common goal. Always keep them motivated!
• Participate in the management and analysis of stock and orders.
• Lead a key business project, aligned with the store's strategic objectives, as defined by your RSM.
• A true ambassador of our values: WE CARE, WE DARE, WE DELIVER, WE DREAM.
• You are a benchmark for achieving KPIs and mastering store procedures.
• You propose action plans to increase sales indicators and are proactive in store tasks.
• Your excellent customer service serves as an example and inspiration.
