Pandora in Portugal is seeking a Store Assistant to be a true ambassador of our values: WE CARE, WE DARE, WE DELIVER, WE DREAM. You will provide exclusive attention to our FANS, helping them discover the perfect piece while maintaining Pandora's high standards.

You will collaborate with the Shop Manager and the team in daily store activities, keep the store image and product organization, and be proactive, enthusiastic, and a strong team player.

Qualificações

• Strong customer-service orientation with a can-do attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exclusive attention to our FANS, helping them find the ideal piece while upholding Pandora's standards.

• Handle daily operations including restocking, visual merchandising and cash management.

As a Shop Assistant, you will report to the Shop Manager and be a true ambassador of our values: WE CARE, WE DARE, WE DELIVER, WE DREAM.

• Provide exclusive attention to our FANS, finding and offering the ideal piece for that special moment, ensuring PANDORA's standards throughout the entire shopping experience.
• Collaborate and cooperate with your Manager and the rest of the team in the store's daily activities.
• Maintain the store's image and product organization.
• Passionate about PANDORA's storytelling and our pieces.
• A role model for your colleagues in your relationship with our FANS.
• Able to demonstrate with your performance indicators that there's always room for improvement.
• Independent in the daily operational aspects of the store (restocking and organization, visual merchandising, cash management, etc.).
• Detail-oriented and attentive to the store's image.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and a good team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and skilled in using major computer/electronic tools.
