Job summary

Nordea Asset Management Portugal is seeking a Business Management Analyst to support Institutional and Wholesale Distribution (IWD). The role focuses on data management, analysis, and reporting to enable data-driven decisions for senior leadership.

Located in Portugal, with on-site work initially and future hybrid flexibility. You will produce reports, build dashboards, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and CRS, shaping market insights and operational efficiency within a dynamic asset

Qualifications

Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Fluency in English, both written and oral.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power Query).
Experience with large datasets and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Produce daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for Institutional and Wholesale Distribution management.
Act as the interface between Sales, Finance and CRS to troubleshoot flows reallocation and fees.
Provide ad-hoc holdings and sales analysis to stakeholders.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision making.
Contribute to the RFP/DDQ process with cross-functional teams.
Support operational improvements leveraging automation and technology.
Develop Market Intelligence to support senior management and Sales teams.
