Nordea Asset Management Portugal is seeking a Business Management Analyst to support Institutional and Wholesale Distribution (IWD) in data management, analysis, and reporting. The role involves producing regular reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses to inform sales performance and market trends.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or related field from a university.
• Fluency in English, both written and oral.
• Experience with data analysis and large datasets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Query.
• Knowledge of asset management processes and workflows (fees, AuM, flows).

Responsabilidades

• Produce Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual reports for Institutional and Wholesale Distribution management.
• Interface between Sales, Finance and CRS to troubleshoot flows reallocation and fees.
• Provide ad-hoc holdings and sales analysis to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support data-driven decisions.
• Contribute to the RFP/DDQ process with Investment Product Teams.
• Support operational improvements leveraging automation and technology.
• Develop Market Intelligence to support senior management and Sales teams.
