Nordea Asset Management (NAM) Portugal is seeking a Business Management Analyst to support Institutional and Wholesale Distribution data management, analysis and reporting from Lisbon. You will deliver accurate insights on sales performance and market trends, enabling senior leadership to make informed decisions within an agile, collaborative environment.

You will join a diverse team across Portugal and Luxembourg, with on-site work for six months before transitioning to a hybrid model.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Fluency in English, both written and oral.
• Proficient in Excel (Power Query) and data analysis tools.
• Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools.
• Familiarity with SQL; Python/C# a plus; CRM systems experience.

Responsabilidades

• Produce regular daily, monthly, quarterly and annual reports for IWD management reporting.
• Interface between Sales, Finance and CRS to troubleshoot data flows and fees.
• Provide ad-hoc holdings and sales analysis to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
• Contribute to RFP/DDQ processes with cross-functional teams.
• Support operational improvements using automation and technology.
• Develop market intelligence to support senior management and sales teams.
