Purpose of role: Full time position as area manager. Support and Assist dealer network.

Introduction

SAIC Motor Portugal is the national sales company of the MG Brand. MG Motor is a automotive Brand with more them 100 year old. Returning to the Portuguese market after a 15 year of abstinence of the market. Focus on customer service, customer process´s, and customer satisfaction, the brand would like to perform as a benchmark in customer satisfaction. To achieve such high standards MG Brand is looking for a Area Manager to integrate the Portuguese structure to insure that the Brand will have the same focus throughout the country. We are looking for someone who can easily adapt to a new environment and every target oriented. To fulfill the role, we need a professional that has a high communication, negotiation and problem-solving silks.

Objectives of this role

• Increase business opportunities by implementing the sales and service strategies
• Controlling, monitoring and accomplish the KPI´s of Sales and Service
• Ensure that the dealer network will achieve the target´s
• Ensure that all the MG processes are implemented correctly

Responsibilities

• Working closely with dealer network.
• Face‑to‑face meeting with dealer network throughout the country.
• Guide the dealer network to achieve sales target
• Ensure that dealer network as resource to achieve target, Sales and Service
• Guide the sales to achieve the annual target
• On job training for the dealer network
• Work with multi-disciplinary team

Requirements:

• Target oriented and exceed expectation oriented
• Professional English and Portuguese level.
• Strong organizational and communication skills and comfortable working with a wide range of people both inside and outside the organization.
• User level in basic office software such as Microsoft Office, and have experience with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
