Speakitjobs is hiring a Technical Support Digital Ads professional for an on-site role in Lisbon, Portugal. You will support our client's social media advertising, ensure guidelines, and contribute to service improvements.

You will receive training and opportunities for growth, with emphasis on end-to-end troubleshooting, cross-team collaboration, and driving customer satisfaction for advertising products.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Arabic (C1) and proficient in English.
• Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience in Digital Marketing and paid campaign management is mandatory.
• Experience in a Contact Centre or Advertising Tech service.
• Able to work collaboratively or independently.
• Familiar with social media products and digital advertising basics.

Responsabilidades

• Actively seek initiatives to enhance service and user experience.
• Handle end-to-end product troubleshooting and customer support for advertising products via email and chat.
• Collaborate with Product Operations & Eng teams to resolve queries.
• Drive Customer Satisfaction with regular updates across touchpoints.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and drive productivity and impact resolution times.
• Educate advertisers on product features and common issue types with in-house specialists.

Responsibilities:

As a Technical Support Digital Ads, you will:

• From the beginning, you will take an active role in continuously seeking for initiatives to enhance service and improve the overall user experience.
• Handle and resolve end to end product troubleshooting and customer support for our client advertising products, on case volumes across email and chat channels
• Own and drive query resolution through collaboration within house Product Operations & Eng groups to resolve all types of generic, technical or product queries
• Drive overall Customer Satisfaction metrics ensuring service quality through case journey, providing regular updates across touch points
• Drive adherence to service levels across channels and achieve Best in Class productivity, impact resolution times for end customer
• Partner with inhouse technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features and common issue types

Requirements

• Are fluent, verbal and written in Arabic (C1)
• Have a degree in Marketing or related field
• Have experience in Digital Marketing
• Have experience on paid campaign management (mandatory)
• Have experience in a Contact Centre, Service program for any Advertising Tech company
• Have the ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
• Are fluent with any social media products usage and basic understanding of digital advertising
