Europcar is seeking an SSC AR Credit Card Clerk L1 to support day-to-day credit card accounts receivable activities within the Shared Service Center. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and effective communication with internal teams and customers.

A finance or related degree and basic accounting knowledge are preferred, with proficiency in Excel and Oracle Financials. You will process payments, refunds, and chargebacks, maintain records, and assist with month-end reports, while escalating

Competenze

• Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration degree or currently pursuing a relevant qualification.
• Accounts Receivable experience is a plus.
• Basic accounting background.

Mansioni

• Respond to routine credit card enquiries and transactions.
• Process credit card payments and refunds per procedures.
• Allocate payments to customer accounts.
• Investigate basic transaction discrepancies and payment issues.
• Assist in chargeback administration and documentation.
• Process penalty charges and update customer accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment queries.
• Ensure compliance with policies and controls.
• Support month-end activities and operational reporting.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff.
• Help maintain up-to-date process documentation.
