The ideal candidate reads technical docs in English, works well with teams, and shows autonomous, proactive problem solving. Candidates with knowledge of Linux, Windows, CI/CD, and related tools will thrive in this role.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of experience in application or production support.
• Autonomous, rigorous, and proactive in solving technical issues.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Able to read technical documentation and communicate in English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide application support in production environments, ensuring availability and service quality.
• Monitor applications, troubleshoot incidents, and contribute to problem resolution.
• Participate in application maintenance, changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to standardization, automation, industrialization, and documentation of applications.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure application performance and reliability.
• Maintain technical and operational documentation.
