A KLx, unidade portuguesa do Crédit Agricole, procura um Engenheiro(a) de Suporte de Aplicações para a sua equipa de Infraestrutura e Operações IT em Lisboa. O foco está na estabilidade, desempenho e disponibilidade de ambientes mainframe em colaboração com as equipas internas e parceiros do grupo.

O candidato ideal terá experiência com z/OS, batch, JCL/TSO/ISPF, Control-M/TWS e ferramentas de monitorização, além de inglês fluente. Modelo híbrido, com benefícios competitivos, está disponível.

Qualificações

• Experiência com monitorização de z/OS e processamento de batch.
• Conhecimento de JCL, ISPF, SDSF e TSO.
• Familiaridade com CICS, DB2, IMS e VSAM.
• Experiência com Control-M, TWS e CFT/Connect Express.
• Conhecimento básico de Linux/Windows e scripting.
• Ambientes ITSM (ServiceNow) e Dynatrace.
• ITIL v4 e metodologias Agile.
• Inglês fluente; francês é um ponto positivo.

• Suporte operacional nível 2 para sistemas z/OS e jobs em batch.
• Definir, agendar e executar jobs com TWS/Control-M e acompanhar incidentes.
• Operar produção, recuperação de incidentes, gerir recursos e alterações.

About Responsibilities

At KLx, you will join our Infrastructure & IT Operations team, supporting part of the infrastructure perimeter for our partner Crédit Agricole Group. Working in a cluster model, the team collaborates closely with KLx's software development squads to ensure smooth integration and full operational readiness. We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to join our Mainframe team. In this role, you will ensure the operational stability, performance, and availability of our mainframe environments, working closely with internal teams and external partners across the Crédit Agricole Group.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Operational Support & Supervision: Provide Level 2 support for z/OS systems and batch applications. Define, schedule, and execute batch jobs using TWS and Control-M. Monitor real-time job execution and respond to incidents ( abends , SLA breaches , dependency issues ).
• Daily Operations: Launch and control production jobs (z/OS and Control-M). Perform incident recovery and job restarts. Manage system resources ( disk space , JES queues , GDG , datasets ). Oversee and troubleshoot file transfers. Provide technical support to application teams. Optimize batch chains and reduce processing times. Participate in production deployments and change management. Handle scheduled and ad-hoc interventions outside business hours.
• Documentation & Reporting: Draft and maintain operational procedures and runbooks. Produce reports on job performance and system availability. Work closely with other Crédit Agricole entities. Coordinate with external partners and software vendors on data exchange flows. Act as a point of contact for the KLx team, ensuring smooth communication and proper issue escalation.

Who You Are

• Strong expertise in z/OS system monitoring and batch processing.
• Proficiency in JCL , ISPF , SDSF , TSO.
• Familiarity with CICS , DB2 , IMS , VSAM.
• Experience with Control-M , TWS , CFT/Connect Express.
• Basic knowledge of DB2 (SQL, display commands, log analysis).
• Comfortable with Linux/Windows terminal commands and scripting.
• Exposure to ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and monitoring platforms ( Dynatrace ).
• Understanding of ITIL v4 and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with E-GEN or similar automation tools.
• Rigor, team spirit, and strong communication skills. Proactive mindset and ability to upscale issues effectively. Strong reporting capabilities.
• Fluent in English ; French is a strong plus.
