Qualificações

Responsibilities

Join KLx at the heart of Crédit Agricole’s Cloud transformation. Within our Financial pole, we build and operate secure, resilient and high‑performance platforms that support millions of users across Europe. As a Cloud Ops Engineer, you ensure the availability, reliability and operational security of our AWS and hybrid infrastructures within our Crédit Agricole Group partner’s governance and Landing Zone standards.

• Operate & maintain AWS and On‑Prem infrastructures in a hybrid environment.
• Ensure high availability, performance and resilience of application platforms.
• Build strong monitoring & observability (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, log management).
• Deploy and operate infrastructure using Terraform within Landing Zone constraints.
• Handle incidents, problems and operational changes with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Contribute to hybrid architecture topics (network flows, connectivity, feasibility).
• Support production deployments and integrate Ops requirements into CI/CD pipelines.
• Produce clear runbooks, procedures and operational documentation.
• Collaborate daily with Cloud, Infrastructure, Network, Security and Project teams.

Who You Are

• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS (EC2, ASG, VPC, TGW, S3, EBS, IAM).
• Solid background in On‑Prem: VMware, networking fundamentals, Linux/Windows.
• Experience operating hybrid Cloud / Datacenter environments.
• Knowledge of Ansible, Bash or Python is a plus.
• Experience with CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana and log management tools.
• Understanding of IAM best practices, OS hardening, patching, vulnerability management, CIS basics.
• Familiarity with CI/CD from an Ops perspective (production readiness, rollback).
• Strong autonomy, rigor and ability to operate under governance constraints.
• Fluent in English is mandatory, proficiency in French is a good plus.
