InnoTech is looking for an Application Support professional in Lisbon to maintain and support our digital applications. You will resolve incidents and service requests, work with development teams, and ensure smooth operation of OutSystems applications.

The ideal candidate has +1 year in application support, strong database and OS knowledge, and Portuguese fluency. We offer a supportive environment focused on growth and wellbeing.

Qualificações

• +1 year of experience in application support, ticket resolution, troubleshooting, and database access.
• Strong knowledge in relational databases (preferably Oracle), Windows, IIS, Unix, and Linux environments.
• Fluency in Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting and maintaining digital applications developed in OutSystems.
• Ensuring the timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and application-related issues.
• Working closely with development and support teams to analyse applications, troubleshoot problems, and provide operational support.
