Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Lead to join our teams in a strategic technology-driven environment, contributing to the evolution and governance of enterprise platforms.

You will play a key role in defining technical standards, reference architectures, and development blueprints, ensuring the adoption of best practices and promoting technical excellence across multidisciplinary and international teams.

What you will do

• Define and maintain technical guidelines, standards, and best practices for development teams;
• Perform code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, security, and maintainability of software solutions;
• Design and promote reference architectures aligned with business and technology objectives;
• Develop reusable development blueprints, frameworks, and implementation patterns;
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to drive platform evolution and support strategic initiatives.

• Proficient in solution design, software architecture, and platform governance;
• Advanced knowledge of the relevant technology stack and associated ecosystems;
• Experienced in defining technical standards, conducting code reviews, and establishing development best practices;
