Neotalent Conclusion is seeking a Technical Solutions Manager to join our teams in a global technology-driven environment. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, leading the design and implementation of integration solutions, ensuring technical excellence, and supporting the delivery of scalable digital services across international markets.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA and external partners to drive API governance, ensure quality

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in solution architecture, systems integration, and software delivery management.
• Experience with API ecosystems (REST/SOAP), microservices architectures, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Comfortable with Agile environments using Scrum/Kanban.
• Knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD practices and tools.
• Strong communication skills translating technical concepts to business language.
• Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken).

• Lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of technology solutions, ensuring quality delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive API governance initiatives, including documentation, standards, and integration best practices.
• Act as a technical escalation point for critical incidents, supporting root cause analysis and resolution.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA and external partners to improve processes, SLAs and operational efficiency.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Technical Solutions Manager to join our teams in a global technology-driven environment. What you will do:

What you are like:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role;
• Proficient in solution architecture, systems integration, and software delivery management;
• Experienced with API ecosystems (REST/SOAP), microservices architectures, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure;
• Comfortable working in Agile environments using Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies;
• Knowledgeable across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including CI/CD practices and tools;
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language;
• Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.

• Total compensation package, between €37.000 and €55.000, depending on your experience and demonstrated skills;
