Decskill in Portugal is seeking an Application Production Support specialist to ensure the stability of RISK Systems Portugal. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and coordinate releases across application components, coordinating with local and international teams to keep services running smoothly.

The role requires hands-on experience with Unix/Linux, scripting (Shell/Python), DevOps tools (Ansible, TeamCity, Jenkins, Kubernetes), SQL and Java knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical and functional support to RISK Systems Portugal.
• Implement monitoring and supervise the application's technical and functional components.
• Orchestrate and manage the various releases of the application's components.
• Realise the technical integration of applications based on existing products and services in order to reduce implementation times.
• Creating and enriching the application document framework, maintaining operational procedures.
