Primeit in Lisbon seeks an Application Functional Support specialist to deliver frontline help for complex systems, diagnose issues, and monitor structured investment workflows across Forex, Equity, Money Market and Derivatives.

You will collaborate with Finance and IT to improve system usability, document processes, and produce user guides for internal teams, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Qualificações

• Experience in frontline application support for complex systems.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Experience documenting processes and creating user guides.

Responsabilidades

• Provide frontline support by diagnosing and resolving technical and functional application issues.
• Support trading floor users with booking issues and monitor investment deals across Forex, Equity, Money Market and Derivatives.
• Manage incidents from analysis and resolution to stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to improve system functionality and user experience.
• Document processes, maintain support documentation and create user guides.
• Provide clear instructions and ongoing functional support to internal teams.

We are looking for an Application Functional Support!

Location: Lisbon

Level of Experience: Mid

Salary Package & Benefits: €1,750 to €3,500 (salary base) + Meal Allowance + Flexible Benefits

Main Tasks:

• Provide frontline support by diagnosing and resolving technical and functional application issues.
• Support trading floor users with booking issues and monitor investment deals across Forex, Equity, Money Market and Derivatives.
• Manage incidents from analysis and resolution to stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to improve system functionality and user experience.
• Document processes, maintain support documentation and create user guides.
• Provide clear instructions and ongoing functional support to internal teams.

Technical skills:

• RedHat Linux - Ansible - Python - Application Performance Monitoring (Dynatrace, Grafana) - Cloud technologies (AWS, GCP or Azure) - CI/CD Pipelines - DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible) - OpenShift (plus) - SQL

• Strong oral and written communication - Analytical thinking - Problem-solving - Teamwork and collaboration - Adaptability

Languages:

• English - French (plus)
