PrimeIT is seeking a DevOps Application Support specialist in Lisbon to provide IT support aligned with business needs and to monitor applications and infrastructure.

You will analyze technical requirements, plan implementations, and execute tasks, support post-release validation, and contribute to CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance. The role focuses on Red Hat Linux environments, automation, and cloud/container tech.

We are looking for a DevOps Application Support with:

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT support aligned with business needs and understand operational workflows.
• Monitor application performance and infrastructure/server resources.
• Analyze technical requirements, plan implementations, and execute technical tasks.
• Support post-release validation and monitoring improvements.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance.

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with Red Hat Linux and solid IT infrastructure knowledge.
• Automation and scripting using Ansible and Python.
• Experience with APM tools (preferably Dynatrace).
• Knowledge of container and cloud technologies: Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, and AWS/Azure/IBM Cloud.
• Familiarity with Helm, HashiCorp (Vault), and Argo CD.
• Experience in Continuous Delivery, including automated deployments, rollbacks, and release processes using Terraform, Jenkins, and Git/GitLab.

Salary Package & Benefits

€1,750 to €3,500 (base) + Meal Allowance + Flexible Benefits
