Cb Talents is seeking an English-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international team in Lisbon. You will help both consumers and business users resolve account, billing, product, and technical issues, delivering an excellent customer experience.

The role involves supporting customers across channels, troubleshooting access and product issues, and guiding users on platform features. On-site, full-time, with rotating day shifts.

Qualifikationen

• English level C1–C2 required.
• Previous experience in customer support, customer service, technical support, helpdesk or similar.
• Comfortable working with technology and digital platforms.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
• Customer-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work full-time on rotating day shifts between 07:00 and 22:00.
• Currently based in Lisbon or able to work on-site in Lisbon.
• EU citizenship or valid authorization to work in Portugal.
