n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform enabling teams to automate faster with no-code and code-like freedom. We’re building an energetic GTM engine and seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to empower Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering with onboarding and scalable training.

You will design onboarding, certifications, and training programs, collaborate with Product and RevOps, and drive measurable impact on revenue.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of sales enablement experience at fast-growing SaaS companies (PLG preferred).
• Experience enabling mid-market to enterprise deals (6 to low-7 figures).
• Ability to translate technical concepts for sales teams.
• Proven ability to design scalable learning programs.

Responsabilidades

• Design world-class onboarding for GTM teams across Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering.
• Develop and scale enablement programs to drive revenue growth.
• Create certifications and training frameworks for consistency and quality.
• Plan and run enablement events and internal comms with cross-functional teams.
• Track KPIs and use data to improve impact and guidance.
