Neurons Lab seeks an Engineering Enablement Lead to make AI adoption across eight engineering organizations continuous and rhythmic. The role formalizes CTO visions into team-level discipline: creating specs, rules, review standards, and reusable artifacts, while transferring practices rather than tools.

The role requires coordinating diffusion across companies, validating directions, and packaging successes into reusable templates.

Qualificações

• Led AI adoption or platform enablement in an engineering organization (20+ engineers).
• Shipped agentic workflows to production; demonstrated impact with real repos.
• Fluent English required; Russian and/or Ukrainian a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Cascade CTO vision into team discipline: specs, rules, review standards, reusable skills.
• Run the diffusion loop between companies: identify what works, package into reusable artifacts, transfer widely.
• Operate the rhythm: bi-weekly validation calls, monthly cross-company demos, per-company status board.
• Teach teams to define objective, numeric success criteria for agentic work and track progress.
• Respect local CTO protocols and coordinate with the Head of AI Engineering for PoCs and workshops.
• Capture knowledge in a group repository and communicate wins to group leadership.
