IgniteTech is seeking a hands-on AI sales strategist to bridge cutting-edge ML with real-world B2B revenue growth. You’ll own the AI vision for a global sales organization, build tools reps use in live deals, and be measured by revenue lift.

You’ll ship real-time AI sales tools, develop forecasting models, define a long-term AI roadmap, and mentor the team. Strong communication to senior leaders and frontline sellers is essential.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in B2B enterprise software sales managing complex deals.
• Deep, applied Generative AI & LLMs in commercial/go-to-market contexts.
• Experience building/deploying ML models for forecasting or lead scoring in sales.

Responsabilidades

• Build predictive forecasting engines for pipeline risk and market shifts.
