n8n, the open workflow orchestration platform, is seeking a highly technical educator to be the technical anchor of our Scaled Enterprise CS team. In this IC role, you’ll design and lead one-to-many enablement sessions, host live office hours, and develop advanced workflow templates for hundreds of Enterprise customers.

You’ll triage in Slack, help with activation calls, and partner with teams to build playbooks, reference patterns, and reusable assets.

Qualificações

• 3–5+ years as a high-performing IC in Solutions Engineering, TAM, Technical Onboarding, or Developer Advocacy within a B2B SaaS environment
• Location: Rights to work in Europe or willingness to relocate to Germany
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills; comfortable addressing 50+ engineers, developers, or ops leaders
• Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, JSON, JavaScript, and workflow automation
• Ability to turn 1:1 interactions into reusable 1-to-many assets and documentation

Responsabilidades

• Run the technical programs: lead weekly office hours and monthly deep-dive webinars on patterns enterprise customers struggle with
• Own the enterprise Slack channel: triage, answer, and escalate to Product when needed
• Assist with activation calls when customers are stuck; act as technical unblocker for self-serve
• Build and maintain playbooks: reference workflows, security/governance guides, migration guides, AI agent templates
• Create advanced use-case templates, video tutorials, and technical docs for the Digital CS team
• Build internal automations and health-trigger workflows to support internal teams
• Contribute to a strong product feedback loop by representing scaled technical users
