n8n is seeking a Staff Product Marketing Manager (Enterprise) to elevate the quality and strategic depth of our enterprise marketing. This senior IC will shape how enterprise marketing operates, driving messaging, GTM, and sales enablement across product, sales, and customer success.

Qualificações

• Senior Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in technical products.
• Strong background in enterprise PMM, including positioning, GTM, and sales enablement.
• Proven ability to operate as a senior IC and balance strategy with execution.
• Experience supporting complex buying cycles and enterprise customers.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing.

Responsabilidades

• Own enterprise product marketing strategy and execution.
• Define how enterprise marketing should operate at n8n, including market segmentation, persona research and ICP definition.
• Develop clear, compelling enterprise positioning and narratives for both technical and business audiences.
• Lead go-to-market planning and execution for key launches, features, and strategic initiatives.
• Create and improve sales enablement materials that support Sales, Solutions and Customer Success teams.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment on enterprise priorities.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution across messaging, campaigns, and assets.
• Bring structure and prioritisation to enterprise PMM work, focusing on high-impact opportunities.
